Youth Library Card Registration

All patrons under 16 must have a parent signature. Teens ages 13-17 may use their own ID but must have a parent/legal guardian signature on file. With online application, individual is still required to come into the library and have an adult sign the application.

As a Greenfield Public Library cardholder, I agree to: abide by library rules regarding behavior, public computer use and borrowing materials. Be responsible for the items and charges accrued on this card. Inform the library of any changes in my address, telephone number, or email address. The library is not responsible for any damages to personal equipment when using library items.
